How do I reserve a party date? To reserve a party date, please contact us at 832-559-8628 for date availability. Once your date has been confirmed, a non-refundable $75.00 deposit is needed in order to secure your reservation For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

What days of the week can I have a party? Our Saturday schedule is as follows:  10:00 – 11:30, 12:30- 2:00, 3:00 - 4:30, and 5:30 - 7:00, and 7:30-9:00 pm.  Sunday party time options are: 10:00-11:30 am, 12:30-2:00, and 3:00-4:30 and 5:30-7:00.  In some cases, we are able to accommodate weekday events, please contact us for availability.

What happens if I arrive late to my own party?Because we host several parties in one day it is important that we start and finish all parties promptly.  Please note that we are unable under any circumstance to extend any parties due to late arrivals.

Can I view The Tickled Pink Party Palace before  I reserve a party?  Since our party facility is open weekends only we typically schedule party room viewings in between scheduled parties on Saturdays/Sundays. To view party pictures, please free to visit our photo gallery by clicking HERE!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and major credit cards for deposits.  Final payments can be made with any major credit card or with cash on the day of your party.  We do not accept checks.

Can I tip my party hostess? Definitely! Cash gratuities are standard.  Your party hostess will indeed do a great job and service gratuities are welcomed. Standard gratuities are 10%-20%. 

When do you need the final count of guests? A final headcount is required two to three (2-3) business days prior to the party. 

What ages are your parties for? The Tickled Pink Party Palace themed parties are intended for girls ages 3-10.  We offer a variety of party themes to cater to girls of all ages in this age group.  Please view the specific party themes for our age recommendation for each specific theme. 

How long is a party? Our party venue is completely private and we cater to one party at a time. Our parties are 1.5 hours or 2 hours in length.

What happens if I have to cancel my party? All deposits are non-refundable.  If you have to re-scheduled less than 30 days prior to your party date, a $75 fee will apply. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other services or merchandise.

Can I provide balloons for my party? For safety reasons, latex balloons are not permitted in the party room.  Though not necessary, you may bring in mylar balloons into the venue.

Can I bring additional props to my party? No, additional props are not permitted in our facility. For your convenience, the venue is decorated so that no additional props are needed.  Party favors that are individually bagged and packaged for each guest are permitted. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding what is or what is not permitted.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?   Attendance over 8 guests will be charged an additional rate per person of $17.50. Please consult The Tickled Pink Party Palace for a maximum number of guests, as we always try to accommodate your needs.  IMPORTANT: An additional hostess fee of $35 is applied to parties with 9 - 16 girls attending -or- a confirmed RSVP count of 9 - 16 girls.  Add a $50 fee for two additional hostesses will be charged for parties with  17+ girls attending or a confirmed RSVP count of 17+ girls.   

What happens if a guest arrives late? Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to.  For example, if the guests have already completed makeup and hair and have started dancing, the late guest will skip makeup and hair and join in the dancing.

What Should Party Guests Wear? For modesty reasons, please ask your guests to wear leotards, bodysuits or bathing suits under their clothes.   

Can Other Parents and/or Siblings Stay for the Party? Parents are always welcome to stay. We have seating for approximately 8-10 adults. In addition, some standing room available.  

How is make-up applied and hair styled? Make up consists of lip gloss/lipstick, eye shadow, and fairy dust. Makeup is always applied with disposable applicators and the same applicator is never used twice, even on the same guest.  We do not style hair.

Can I arrive early? Because we host several parties daily, event guest will be allowed into the venue promptly at the party start time. We do encourage you to drop off your party favors and cake a few minutes prior to your party start time but do keep in mind that the birthday girl, her family, and her guests can enter the party room promptly at the party time indicated as we do not have a lobby area. 

Can I pay more than the deposit amount before my party? No, for record keeping purposes we ask that you only pay your deposit in advance and pay the balance on the day of your party.

How do you handle misbehaving children? Please note that it is not our responsibility to discipline ill mannered party guests.  We are here to engage the children in a whimsical and enchanting party experience.  It is the responsibility of the client to handle any children that are misbehaving and causing disruption to the party atmosphere.

The Tickled Pink Party Palace assumes no responsibility or liability for any or all accidents or theft. It is your responsibility to secure all personal belongings before, during, and after the party. The Tickled Pink Party Palace is not responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses related to the food or beverage(s) brought in by the host parent and consumed at the party.
